Policies

• Studio Manager

  • The Studio Manager is located in the Equipment Room at ABPK B25, and please see them for any reservations or check-outs during operating hours.

• Studio

  • Photography Studio is reserved for Only Photography Students who are taking (or have taken) PHO 332.

  • The Studio is limited to one 90-minute reservation per day per student. The studio may accommodate two setups/students.

• Canon T8i Kits

  • Specifically for PHO 105 - Digital Photography. Canon T8i Kits are available during the section’s assigned class/day. Available for pickup by 12 Noon and up to 24 hours; all kits not returned by 12 Noon the next day are subject to a Late Fee.

    • PHO 105 A - Monday (12 Noon Monday - 12 Noon Tuesday)

    • PHO 105 B - Tuesday (12 Noon Tuesday - 12 Noon Wednesday)

    • PHO 105 C - Wednesday (12 Noon Wednesday - 12 Noon Thursday)

    • PHO 105 D - Thursday (12 Noon Thursday - 12 Noon Friday)

  • These kits are also available for reservations for all sections.

    • Friday 5 PM - Monday 12 Noon

• Weekday

  • 1 Day Checkout

  • Reservations are available after 5 PM, to be returned by 4 PM.

• Weekend 

  • Friday - Monday Checkout

  • Reservations are available after 5 PM Friday, to be returned by 12 Noon Monday.

• Late Fees 

  • $10 day, per item/kit

  • Fees are required to be paid before the next reservation/checkout.  

  • 3 Occurrences will Forfeit Checkout Privileges for the remainder of the Semester.

Etiquette

The principle of Equipment Etiquette is to keep all equipment in proper working order.  The Photographer's Responsibilities include returning all equipment to the equipment room on time and completing an order.
