Anna Woodhall
Anna Woodhall is an adventure photographer based out of the small town of Penn Valley in Northern California. Having grown up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, she is an avid outdoorsman and loves to share the beauty and adventure of nature with others.
Earning her Bachelor of Arts in Photography through California Baptist University during the covid-19 pandemic, Anna found this project spurred on by the isolation of quarantine and social distancing. Her escape from the world was the local outdoor spaces of her hometown. She found herself discovering wonderful new places in the area she had lived her entire life. Through this project, she focuses on the outdoor spaces and community in and around Nevada County, California, and how we as humans interact within it.
